The City's Budget Department invites you to take an active role in shaping our community’s future by exploring and providing feedback on the annual budget through our interactive Budget Simulator. Powered by Konveio, this user-friendly simulation gives residents a hands-on opportunity to better understand how public funds are allocated - and how changes to spending or revenue affect city services. The current simulation reflects the 2025 Adopted Budget and allows you to experiment with increasing or decreasing various budget categories to see how your choices would impact the overall balance. You also have an opportunity to review the upcoming Budget Book, with detailed information. 

Your input is a vital part of the budgeting process. By participating, you help us understand the priorities and values that matter most to our residents. The simulation and budget book draft review will remain open through late October, after which it will be updated with the Mayor’s Proposed Budget for 2026—giving the community a chance to weigh in before the City Council finalizes the new budget.
