Welcome to the Comprehensive Plan Open House

Study Area

This plan will cover the Konveio Redevelopment Area, which is district located in the southern part of the Konveio Neighborhood and along Konveio Street and Main Street.

Purpose

The purpose of this project is to update the 2018 plan. The desired outcome is plan that will set forth a renewed vision built around consensus and guide the growth, re-use, and sustainability of the surrounding communities through recommended:

Policies and a decision-making framework,
Zoning practices,
Land use and economic initiatives, and
Design guidelines.

The open house will be accepting comments through October 15, 2024.

How to Participate
